and brush kisses upon your cheek
and warm your heart
as thoughts of you danced in another's dream
Did you not come out to dance
with flowers in your hair
on a warm spring day
in a dress flowing of white
surrounded in wild flowers
in a meadow of tall green grass
did you not fall to the ground
held safely in a lover's arms
your lips pressed tightly against his
as the birds sang in the trees
did you not lie there
in a tight embrace
making love as the sun shone brightly above
the breeze passed through your hair
and kissed you on the cheek
