                     Anger

Anger is definitely a important part of everyones life,
 but if you are not careful anger can take over your life.
Anger can cause extreme pain,
 and if allowed to fester that anger can turn into pure hatred.
You look into the mirror and realize suddenly that hatred,
 has appeared in full force.
The anger you feel from recent events has begun to turn,
 turn you into someone you have never seen looking back.
Back at you from in the mirror sitting on your desk,
 looking back and screaming into your face,
  do you not see it Steve you are destroying yourself.
The anger in your heart and soul is tearing your life to shreds,
 have not you felt enough of your heart being run through,
  run through the "papershredder".
Anger shredding your heart apart, tearing at your soul,
 your feeling more and more alone as each moment passes.
Anger driving you to do the things that would not be,
 would not be a normal part of your day,
  the things that make you want to say the hell with it all.
Anger,  believe in the facts,  if you are not able to control it,
 it will control and absolutely destroy you.
Anger one of the absolutely nastiest emotions if you allow,
 allow it to take over and control your ever thought or move..
Anger needed in life,  
 just not needed for life.
