Anger will destroy your life, you know that this is true
It will eat at your insides, and your mind will have no clue
Don't hold that anger in you, just let it pass you by
Let go of that anger, so your heart it will not die
Give forgiveness it's turn, and see how you feel
Happiness you will find, and know that you are real

Breathe
