A curio in a charity shop carefully hidden
Gathering dust till touched by your hand
In passing, unsure
Considering
Pensive.

Packaged in random hues of antique paper
Recycled from strangers casual caste offs
An enigma, shuffling
Conceptions
Wildly.

Displayed proudly upon a dull razers edge
Begging to be roughly diced and sliced
Yet treasured, carefully
Perplexing
Puzzle.

You look deeply and eyes transfixed
Squint through the headlights glare
To focus, centered
Amplified
Charged.

Decisions made without consideration
Accepted because of obvious duty
Not spoken, understood
Determined
Written.

A curio in a charity shop carefully hidden
Gathering dust till touched by your hand
So natural, gentle
Metamorphic
Seduction.
