We lay on our backs
on a frozen lake
in our arctic gear
debating our fate,
The stars are bright
the Milky Way
it's ten degrees
which is ok,

We did the same
one desert night
without December's
latitude bite,
Different stars
the same conclusion
both of us living
the same illusion,

After awhile
we decide to go in
trade arctic gear
for naked skin,
Open a bottle
of Chateau-who-knows
and do the thing
done best without clothes ...
