Are They....
dying for a belief
or dying to believe
a gulf
lies between each
yet the end reality the same
Death claims, prevails, silences
heartbeats...
as if a game
who am I to tell them...
no different is their foundations
from chasing unicorns on a meadow
I watch the numbers climb
as earth swallows it's own
all before each ones time
hatred...loathing...fear
are these true emotions worthy of death?
clowns to the left of me
jokers to the right
here I am...
stuck living in the middle

truth crushed to earth shall rise again...

Man oh Man! Is this guy making a political statement with that clowns to the right of me, clowns to the left of me. I wonder how many feel exactly that way.
