As love whispers

the light grows dim

Lit candles reflect in your eyes

Smell of your person lingers fresh and new

I hear you calling me

Whirling me into the time zone,

The earth stops

Music playing faintly in the distance,,,

I feel your emotion take form,

In your movements dancing with me

We play simultaneously like a violin with its bow

Sing sweetly, melodies of love songs

Heat strikes me

Through the darkness I see your silhouette

Handsome

Masculine

And the waves rush over me

We stand in a room alone

I feel you all about me

I long for a touch

Your hands, your arms so warm and inviting

Wrap me in a cocoon and I change

Into a butterfly,

I crawled

Spun silk wrapped around our bodies warm

And comforting,

Safely as I began to emerge,

Swallow me whole a rebirth,

I'm new again,

Beautiful wings spread across the earth

I speak

In the breeze I hear you calling me,

Closer

Climb inside my very soul,

And when I look into your eyes,

I see the future bright

As love whispers,

You are forever with me,

And I Love You.

comparisons

The wonderous beautiful things one can compare a person held in close affection.

~~

Wrapped in an emotion so powerful as love,

And to emerge newly reformed with your mate.
