Briefly I remembered you within my distant past and for a moment since back then you came to mind again. It seems you were a lesson learned; a chance I took where fingers burned and dreams were smashed like fragile shell till screaming thoughts came straight from hell. To educate in such a way, I crumbled, tumbled, black to grey and grey to black, but in a way it dragged me back, the person that I used to be, I used to know, the real I began to show. I thought I’d die within your lie, while standing in the shade you made. Within my mind and darkened soul, I gave too much I made you whole. But me, I was your spinning top, a toy you used, to play or drop. Nothing more and nothing less, a simple thing you could possess. Its funny how the anger grows and how in bitter hate it flows. Yet if you take the time to think and psyche and soul fall in to sync, while looking out and looking in, there really was no qualm or sin. Forgiveness killed my seed of doubt, I breathed you in and blew you out, I realised despite it all, without that fall inside my soul, life and love would pass me by and in your shade my heart would die.
