The thunderstorm darkens the sky
lightning flashing across the plain,
yet it ignites my dark desire
to kneel anew and take His pain.

Though i tremble and though i sob,
peace comes to me despite the tears,
for in this state i can lay bare
all my stresses and all my fears.

Pained and hurting, i feel alive
under the care of His swift hand,
my heart lighter, my life brighter
as the thick clouds darken the land.

Enjoy this piece from a sub's view of BDSM's pleasure in pain.
