In the sun I'll bask
though the heart may break--
or not...

Soaking up the rays
sea breeze splashes playfully
while shades of stunner adorn...

Savoring what is
not what never was
or what if.....

Sand between my toes
waves crashing at the feet
tiny crabs scurry past...

Beautiful skies sunset to sunrise
the promise of a new day
and what will be in paradise...
