Bathed in Light

I remember the night
you were bathed in light.

I stood there tied up and twisted.
I almost took flight.
Fleeing the beauty that couldn’t be resisted.

Seeking peace and love.
I am powerless before you.

Divine Providence came down from above.
too bring me into your hue.

Your arms and legs wrapped round me.
You finally found me.

Bound by beauty we take flight,
upon the wind like a dove.

Two souls bathed in light,
and love.

Lovely

From the great Void ~ at last I've found you. Embrace me.
