On lush green banks of the bay you play

Basking in summer’s warm glow
As you watch the tides flow

Catching minnows and tiny crabs is how you spend your day

Watching the sun as it rises and sets on the beautiful banks of the bay

~~

I'd looked at this once or twice before and it just struck me that that second photo is just overkill. The poem as is with the first photo works its magic, the second photo seems more mundane.

Feathered friends.

A lazy day by the Bay ~ watching the feeding and antics of the winged fowl. Not a bad way to spend time. Loved the beautiful picture of the Crane.
