Buzz' Buzz'
hovers orange and black
little legs lag
stinger hangs low

vibrant wings
fluttering
buzzing

circles red
with silver rim
no body saw him
land
then go in

sweet nectar of pop
cool drink
a day that's hot

hand grasps
and picks up the can
lips pucker to the opening
thirsty ready anticipating
then ...the scream

Buzz' Buzz'

GEORGIA TECH RULES

Art ~

How could you so demean that poor picked on little creature - the poor maligned Yellow Jacket - the Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket - the shame !!

~~

BTW - the verse IS funny - just watch where you sit - bzzzz, bzzzzzzzzz

Who hasn't had this happen?

Wow, so true. What a great way it was written. You can hear the buzzing.Loved the great descriptive flying sounds.

It's a great short read.

Well done my friend. Stands on it's merits.
