Begging, Pleading, Wanting, Needing

Darkness broken by tiny points of light,
Darkness founded by our life.
Tainted by our soul’s ambitions.
Tainted beyond our recognition.

Indecision of future taking the next step,
Indecision of self that knows no depth.
Inadequately describe the feelings right now,
Inadequately feel things I will not allow.

Admit the truth…there’s no such thing.
Admit a lie…the shining loss of dreams.
Riddling Riddles of restrained power,
Riddling for life’s schemes to turn sour.

Meritocracy, not the true one’s calling…
Meritocracy, forgotten others falling.
Satisfaction not for me it seems…
Satisfaction only wisdom will bring.

Concordant in harmony with discord,
Concordant with out a hope to work toward.
Fissures forcing forward my flight,
Fissures forcing forward the night.

Begging for the things the others have,
Begging for mixtures to help in the lab.
Pleading not to commit this sacrilege.
Pleading for them to hear my message.

Wanting to prevent the world’s matricide.
Wanting to prevent my own masochism.
Needing this beautiful addiction…
Needing this contradictive intervention.

Try to read between the lines…
Try and see the planets begin to align.
Begging, Pleading, Wanting, Needing…
Waiting patiently for the others to see the sign…

Waiting.

If it's true that all things come to him who waits ~ maybe this poet is on the right track.
