On top of the world one day
Down the next
Part of me says stay in the shadows
Part me says go to the light
Being me can be a bitch
Showing love to all
And feeling some days as if I get none back
Feeling friends pain feeling there joy
Yeah being me can be a bitch
So just be glad your not me
Not really being part of anything
Always on the edge Looking in
In the shadows in the light
