Click hereIn a field of green beyond the horizon,
where paper rainbows and glass rain are kept,
she drifted and dreamed of magical days,
when time seemed endless and lovers never slept.
A time when she would be clad in nothing more
than golden tresses and a lover’s heart,
when desire kept her warm and safe with her thoughts
and her nakedness bared only her imagination.

and she lay beneath lover after lover until finally,
sleep brought the dreams that her life never will.
