LEMONIA ===> SUMMER BLAST ==> GHOSTS OF EVERY OCCUPATION

HILLSIDE
Wednesday
30/7/2008

BETWEEN THIS BIG BLUE SEA AND YOU

So, naked you would take your chance,
my freedom turn to duty?
If that's the way you'd like to dance,
then dance you will, my beauty.

I just remind you by the by,
that it takes two to tango,
so you can lie while I fly,
Grappelli without Django.

chorus
Naked you stay till kingdom comes,
and I don't know, perhaps I will,
do as you please, it so becomes
for your ghost to haunt this hill.

It seems I've got two choices still,
but the result is equal,
your ghost some day will haunt this hill,
as this love story's sequel.

I stand between this Big Blue Sea
and you, my handsome devil,
old ghosts are fading within me
due to your call to revel.

chorus
Revel we will, so hold your breath
and make a silent wish,
one way or t'other, Aleph or Beth,
this fair chance we will not miss.

Those kind of thoughts that afternoon,
were all inside me shouting,
as you were lying there, naked tune,
hoping, lusting and doubting.

I must confession...

...When I read your writing, I try to put rhythm and tune to your words. I wish you would record some for us Pele, so we can hear how they are suppose to be :-)
