Corner office clean-cut big shot
drives his sports car down
to Peepin’ Pete’s Peep Show
where the women are perfect,
except they have arms.
Imagines an accident,
arms trapped under a van,
amputated against the asphalt,
she cries at night, reaches to touch
the ceiling with her stumps
as he watches from the window.
Now he’s got a big one.
Can’t beat this for a dollar a minute,
at least not legally, he thinks.
Opens his eyes, catches a glimpse
of her hands, those damn hands,
almost ruins the whole thing.
Factory accident. Caught
in a rotary saw. Too gruesome.
Big shot smiles and squirts.
