Beautiful young women
in my field of vision
keep attracting my attention,
invigorating my imagination,
never suspecting my desire,
intention, or fantasy.

Sunglasses are my refuge,
enabling me to watch discretely
and enjoy the wonderful vision,
secretly undress them in my mind,
ogle them as they parade by,
never suspecting my desire.

Needs another season

Just 'graduated' (and commented on) your “How to write above the fray”. For me that submission is still fresh, and I have to say, after reviewing the poem I am still looking for the implementation of the principles from there. What I saw here was a straight forward narrative (broken down into lines of a poem - to create a poem? but that is another subject). The materials: summer; women; bikinis; sunglasses providing some freedom to view the view. Ok, but I want to ask: what is YOUR angle here?

Why won’t you try to write your PERSONAL “Bikini season” poem now (should it be number I or number III)?

Bikini I?

Bikini season II? Was there a bikini season I that I missed?

I love bikinis, that is, only when they are worn appropriately on a body that looks like the bikini was made for it.
