Circus circus
money money
bizarre bazaar

Sun-glassed tourists look on
as monkeys with p.h.d.s
over-run the Parthenon
and the learned take to the seas

Spring crackles the ice-caps
easing
an earth millennia
in conformity or confusion's freeze,
new clouds
dropping snow on the jungles
and diseasing northern shores
with unwelcome tropic breeze;
This is the stage of bizarre,
as the classroom learns
to be free
