A blood red tear slides down my cheek
While I watch my love slip away
I could save him
But the cancer’s spread too much too fast
My tainted blood would eat him alive
A blood red tear slides down my cheek
As I curse this hell
I lead the life of the damned
Preying on innocents and mortals
Such torture I would never inflict upon him
A blood red tear slides down my cheek
As his breathing halts
And his heart skips a beat
As he dies he whispers
“I love you”
A blood red tear slides down my cheek
As I lay a black rose on his coffin
I walk away with a silent vow
“Never! Never will I care and never will I shed
These cursed blood red tears”
