Tonight when I'm blue the whole world feels like an ocean of navy about to swallow me up
Wishing a Stellar's Jay would swoop down and take me away
When I'm down I eat Blueberries and I don't frown
Being blue is not a good thing to be
It rids you of friends and surrounding happiness
Turning to the sky only to see the same as what I feel inside, blue
Night ends and day breaks, but even in light, the blue is cold and dark
Going through the day, the blue seems to blend, but all seems to same
Water drips from the fountain in the halls, all still reflect the blue
The voices of those around still only darken the blue
As I drown in the blue, I see a glow of warmth
Still the same color, but a different interpretation
I see the one turn and smile, eyes glowing blue.

You really don't need to mention blue so many times, you've made your point already with the title. Needs tightening up as at the moment it reads very much like prose
