Broken Angel

Her body is broken
Something went wrong
It is unfair
Terrible
So many deserve it
But not her
She did no wrong
But she suffers
An angel with broken wings
So light
So pure
Wonderful and amazing
She doesn't see it
I wish she could
I want her to fly again
To mend her wings
That is beyond my power
But somewhere deep within
She has the strength
To fly again
I want her to see that
To soar among the clouds
To see herself as I see her
Amazing
Wonderful
A light against the darkness
Her light is bright
It will defeat the darkness
She will fly
She will soar
She will show her beauty to all who will see
