Don't look back -
there's nothing there...
not anymore.
There was once -
something -
that glowed
with life
with hope
within
...but not now.
Go away -
please please
just
go
away.
I'm tired
and hurting
and empty
and silly sad
and don't WANT to care
not anymore...
so go away -
like you always did -
like you always will.
But this time
there's no place
to run to
or even from -
not even me,
not anymore.
