I can feel this connection with you
Building into something strong and true
Something to last the test of time
Truth and love to us embodied, defined

My hand on your chest, I can feel your heart
Look into my eyes, and let us start
On a new road, two new souls
Metamorphosis, from two halves, one whole

You complement me in so many ways
You brighten my nights and speed my days
God brought you to me and I won't waste my gift
Your smiles, your caring, your passion, gives me a lift

You are inspirational whether you know it or not
Your sweet kisses and adoring hands hit the spot
So well each and every time
Perhaps you were meant to be mine

I know I need you in my life so much
Your laugh, your style, your touch
I am hoping you won't walk away
Be strong, patient, once to you I won't stray

I am falling for you, and its coming fast
I catch myself daydreaming, wondering if it will last
But with the people we two now are
If we set our minds, we'll go far

In each other's hearts, minds and arms
Keeping one another from any harm
Living day to day, clear and through
This new love, built strong and true.
