Cool steel against my temple,
The bullet, waiting inside its dark nest
Ready to hatch inside my skull.
"Put the gun down," shout the police.
"Lower it so we can talk."
I don't feel like it,
Not willing to let go.
I'm in a conquering mood;
I want to bring the whole world to its knees
One bullet at a time,
Starting with me.
