spread east to west
with north buried deep in the south
tongue of flame laps
at the sealed entrance
to dark delights
'Open Sesame'
lips pressed to lips
opening a small crack in the door
a peek inside
at the treasure buried there
pearls and family jewels
of all the centuries
concentrated
in this precious moment
the essence of today
locked within this vault of passion
as a bee waiting
for the first Spring bud to burst forth
the first taste of nectar
she presses with cooings
and fervent determination
in a heartbeat
the door opens wide
exposing the soft walls within
and a taste for the exotic
the vault then secured and sealed
by the mouth of the White Tigress
