I watched a bubble,
Float on by.
I could not catch it,
But I sure did try.

It floated up and up,
Into the deep blue sky.
I could not catch it,
But I sure did try.

It drifted on the wind,
On and on it did fly.
I could not catch it,
But I sure did try.

Farther and farther,
And oh so high.
I could not catch it,
But I sure did try.

I no longer could see it,
The clouds it passed by.
I could not catch it,
But I sure did try.

But then I suddenly saw it!
On the ground it lie.
Now I could catch it,
And I wouldn’t even have to try!

But as I ran to catch it,
It rolled and hopped.
And when I reached out for it,
It suddenly popped.

Now it’s gone, oh so close,
I thought I would cry.
Yes, I just could not catch it,
But I sure did try…BWL

Should we chase our dreams?

So often they don't work out ... maturity is the realization that "chasing the bubble" is what life is all about.

Let's enjoy that journey to the fullest and when the final bubble pops we can look back on a life well lived.

Well done and quite thought provoking.

Regards, Jack
