There's a "cat scratcher,"
Named Nelly Thatcher.
She'll fight you at the drop of a hat!
This Nelly Thatcher,
Is "SOME" cat scratcher!
She'll claw and scratch you just like a cat!
Nelly went out one day,
And had herself a "Fray."
A "saucy little Miss" gave her lip!
Before that girl knew,
She'd been whipped black and blue!
Nelly Thatcher was a fightin' "Pip!"
Our Nelly Thatcher was,
A "REAL" cat scratcher Cuz.
She'd take one on or even take two!
It just never mattered,
They'd all just get battered!
They'd be whipped real bad when she got through!
Oh yes Nelly Thatcher,
That "AWESOME" cat scratcher.
Never took no lip from anyone!
No matter foul or fair,
She'd pull out all their hair!
And when she got through the fight was done!!
