Center Your Self (Center Thy Self)

byPVodogaz©

You have cried a million tears and you still do for the one you lost
You have lost your taste of flavour for everything has turned bland
You have had sleepless nights thinking and hoping and praying
And moment and things that remind you of her makes you want her again
The silence of a phone that once daily rang is monotonous
The emails you just last week shared have stopped,
You click refresh every second moment hoping to get something from her
But silence prevails and this silence is the killer

You come full circle,
You have good moments and then moments where you want to die
You still love her and yet you are alone.
And the circle continues, the cycle of self abuse

Center thy self, take your strength, bind it around you
Center your mind body and heart
Wrap your inner strength tightly in your most wanting moments
Let the tears flow but remember
There is nothing wrong with a grown man to cry.
Even a dominant one.
Center your self and strive to walk step by step
For the eventuality that the lost may find you again.

Center yourself.
