Where is the love we once shared, before exhaustion & tempers flared?
Where is the love that once showed you cared, before fallen broken 'n damaged disrepair?
Its been replaced by anger, frustration and discontent
Where is the love that once demonstrated all I meant?
It's being buried beneath hurt feelings & scornful contempt
Where is the love once shared so devine?
So pure, I believed we'd pass the test of time.
Anger is almost the only emotion between us anymore
When did choosing to love me become such a chore?
