Circles

A time comes when a boy must become a man…for some it comes early for some it comes late…for me it happened many times…my first hug my first kiss my first real smile from someone I thought loved me…my life winds in circles unknown to me…paths crossing in ways I will never understand friends becoming and ending quickly thoughts flowing freely and flying madly teachers leaving impressions…feelings flying madly around my head making me believe in what’s out there…when I don’t even know what is…

His heart and soul a mix of emotion and pain his life flowing through his fingers causing his mind to soar and bring new meaning to his being his life’s quest…

I sing and dance and try to find that place in my heart where I am happy…that place where my feelings find meaning…tears fall among the past lives I’ve lead…they form puddles and I see myself and my lives trough them all distorted and crazy…I step through them to try to relive them thinking I can change the past…I can’t…I drive my friends away only to find that I welcome them back into my arms as brothers and sisters helping them through all their problems and hugging them close...
