She takes her bath in a hidden brook
Far from where mortal eyes would look-
Pale skin gleaming, kissed by the moon
She emerges, a butterfly, from a silken cocoon.

Daughter of shadow, daughter of flame,
Her eyes burn so hotly they put the sun to shame-
Playfully, she stretches, body tall, curvy, lean
A simple girl with the bearing of a grand queen.

Fiery hair tumbles in waves to her waist,
She licks full red lips in memory of taste-
A soul deep serenity touching her face,
Dark eyes close, receiving the waters' embrace.

The water buoys around her, uninhibited by night
And, drifting, her darkest fantasies take flight.
Desires fulfilled, rising, the water washes the sin away
And she smiles, anticipating the sin of the next day.
