I close my eyes and you are there,
arms open in loving care.

I knell before you, a symbol of my love,
and feel your eyes on me from above.

I feel your touch, and my soul is set afire,
your hands reflect my deepest desire.

I bend to your will, for this is my place,
as you slip on my collar of lace.

Tight and secure, a symbol of trust beyond measssure,
your collar is my greatest treasure.

Nice subdued D/s piece, collar of lace rather than leather. You might try some trimming, as an example:

I feel your touch, and my soul is set afire,

comes across as more vibrant if written as:

I feel your touch, my soul's set afire,
