Distracted and distant, Kat stares in her cup.
Carol putters around with concern.
Kat doesn’t reveal what is furrowing her brow.
Although Carol’s determined to learn.

“Far be it for me to pry into your life,”
Carol pushes, though Kat has gone pale
She’ll never give up, she’ll never give in,
’til her neighbor has told her the tale.

“I can’t, if I tell you, our friendship will die,
your contempt will cut into my heart.”
“Our friendship will flourish, whatever you’ve done
and sisters like we never part.”

Carol leans forward, Kat shudders and sighs,
And tries on a brave little grin.
Carol is holding her trembling hand
It’s time that the story begin.

“Remember the party you told me about,
with costumes behind which to hide?
Remember I told you I didn’t go near,
Well now I must tell you I lied.

“I wanted to tell of the wild things I saw
and shock you with things I had done
I went as Bo Peep, I thought I looked neat,
I was going to have lots of fun.

“Uncloaking, emboldened, I stepped through the door.
Revealing to all those inside,
How daring my cleavage, see petticoats high
I saw them and totally died.

“Elaborate, erotic, this private club was,
A place only for the elites.
Compared to the things that I saw on each side,
My outfit was fit for the streets.

“I knew that I’d stepped in far over my head,
And must flee before the alarms.
A woman, quite close, stood unseen at my back,
And my flight put me right in her arms.

“ ‘Don’t mind if I do.’ Holds me close to her breast,
her body then started to sway.
Pulls me out on the floor, far away from the door
And I’m powerless to get away.

“Sham dress folds abound of diaphanous silk,
The illusions are that she is dressed.
But nakedness lies right there under my eyes,
But for black mesh from toe to her crest.

“The mesh was so tight, it precluded the light
And to touch it was perfectly grand
I flushed, couldn’t breathe, I got weak in the knees,
As her body kept finding my hand.

“Invisible tendrils she cast upon me,
Tendrils too mighty to break
She went to a room that was private and dark
And I followed along in her wake.”

“She took you,” said Carol, “to the rooms up above?”
“Yes,” Kat said, biting her hand.
“She bound me with leather straps tight to a bed,
and that’s when the torture began.”

“Torture? Not torture. Surely you jest.”
Kat nodded and silently sighed.
“The most exquisite torture created by man,
‘twas the night that my innocence died.

“A blindfold imbued with her alluring scent,
Cut off the whole world but one link,
Her body rubbed on me above and below,
Suspending me over the brink.

“She never allowed me to step o’er the edge,
As she endlessly pressed her attack.
I begged and I pleaded, I strained and I cried,
But she always kept holding me back.

“ ‘You’ll come when I wish it, and never before,
your pleasure will come with long strings.’
Her fragrance grew stronger, she adjusted my head,
And that’s when she made me do things.”

“Tell me in detail these things that you did
It’s painful, but tell me you must.”
“Terrible, horrible, lesbian things
She made me a slave to her lust.

“ ‘I’ll come for you some day and you’ll be my slave,
I’ll mount you and hold you below.’
My life she will shatter, my marriage lay waste,
Because when she comes, I will go.”

“But why now you tremble, with six months gone by,
And hundreds of miles b‘twix there.
She knows not your address, she knows not your name,
Why do you suddenly fear?”

From deep in a pocket, she draws forth a square,
Dropping it with her head bent.
Carol collects it and gives it a sniff,
Noting its distinctive scent.

“It was there on my table, when you called for tea,
She’s coming to take me away.
You’re stronger than I, and I know if you try,
You’ll find a way that I can stay.”

Carol rose with the cloth, found the baggie she sought,
And smiled as she opened the seal.
She reached in the bag, and pulled out what she’d saved,
And tested the lager cloths feel.

“Dear Kat,” Carol said, as she pulled back Kat’s head,
and showed her the cloth that she had.
“I own you, of course.” And her hand closed with force,
“But it really will not be that bad.”

Her hand and the cloth, covered Kat’s mouth
She drew the girl up to her feet.
Her panties grew moist, lust crept into her voice,
The conquest would soon be complete.

“Walk backwards, my sex toy, I missed it back then,
and now I am eager to watch,
Your puppy-dog eyes, looking up into mine,
From under the curve of my crotch.”

Kat trembling beneath Carol’s insistent weight,
She surrenders with eyes open wide.
Malice touches the smile as Carol crawls further up,
And settles when legs are astride.

“Now thank me for what I’m about to give you.”
“Thank you,” and so ended pride.
Carol lowered herself on Kat’s ruby red lips,
Her panty crotch pulled to the side.

Attention, poetry buffs. How would you have handled this story? The idea of a short story, with a twist, set as a poem is intriguing, and I wonder how I could have done it better.
