Like portals to another world
The curtains like the sails
The battered walls, they make a hull
Let’s wait for winter gales

The rubbish bags are life boats
The concierge our captain new
The cook well, he still has a job
The domestic staff our smiling crew

We’ll sail upon the ocean
In a cruise ship made of stone
All six hundred guests within
Will never be alone

The best of the lot you had posted today. Actually a quite creative metaphorical write.
