Tsiknopempti (1) did not mater much to me,
I was tired so I did not go out,
I just thought of what this fiesta time could be,
But shall be no more without you, Edeltraud.

So today it's small Carnival again,
And the sun is very warm for winter clothes,
I am waiting for the big that goes insane,
Sunday next, Big Carnival, just like it was.

Oh, I do not have a fucking hope for that,
But at least the weather perfume's full of hope,
Helps me keep my soul fenced, my eyes shut,
Otherwise in this fiesta I could not cope.
