When my imagination drifts
In unison with the unwinding road
To places where my life does take me
I lean into the curves your perfect body
lays across the landscape of my mind
And my excitement hugs the vista
In beautiful arousal pressed against
the earth your being radiates
I swoon - my head swims just for a moment
Across the silken slickness
Of yesterday's enlivened memories
And in the curve of snarling upper lip
I taste the fragrance of your heat
Begetting moisture in my praise

You weave yourself in nimble strokes
Of your inflaming shuttle on the loom
That makes the tapestry of day to day
With brightened colors, intimate designs
And leave me startled with your sudden presence
So tangible - so weighty - breathless real
The center of my universe
