Darker Angels
Go Angels now and follow her – A voice heard from above
On swift a wing they cradle her in warmth and care and love
An Angel's wing is gossamer – All Virtues they protect
A happy life she lives for now, but soon it will defect
Creep Greed, Creep Lust, Temptations build – A chilling wind does blow
But in her mind she fights them all, Her Darker Angels Show.
Both perched they sit, her shoulders bare – The Angels shout and Bicker
It's Light and Dark, Eternal fight. Her path in life does Flicker
