Is flooded with light

Stripped of dismay
My broken heart
Given a fresh start

Freed from decay
Given a glimmer of hope
Slowly learning how to cope
Day by day
Fears cast away
Love brings life
Cuts through the past like a knife
Day by day
You lead the way
To the shores of freedom
Liberated from my demons
With every word
I am restored
The change in me on display
