Heartstrings left undone
Thoughts lying prone
Love’s thread yet unspun
A sea of thoughts
Aflame, awash
With words unsaid
Feel all my shame
Burning and wet
Ocean of love
Moving but dead
Tides swirling sands
Moon’s pathway bright
Waves crash like hands
On loveless sight
