Democrat and thief
Ruler of a dark land
Guide to the realm of light
Not all you come for
Give in without a fight
Shadow at the corners
Lurker amidst joy
Reliever of suffering
Redeemer of pain
Never beaten
Though sometimes stalled
Executioner not judge
Impartial to all
Though perhaps judgement waits
For those taken
No quarter is given
No cruelty is meant
Sometimes a blessing
Sometimes a curse
Balance and achor
Of the ever turning wheel
