Descending like fire from the sky
the moon on his back
stretched out his mighty wings
before me

He smiled

In awestruck wonder
I was stilled


Beneath his ornate span
fantasy and flame revealed
an unexpected pull
of wonder and desire

He beckoned

In strange curiosity
I was led


Heavenly venemous demon
whispered of eternity
breath of darkness hovering
in divine eclipse

He reached

Under the serpent shadow
I was touched


With hunger born of rapture
he swiftly entombed submission
sweet pain at once unleashed
my soul stripped in fevered bliss

He tasted

In liquid crimson warmth
I was at last consumed...
