Upon strong wind, I hear one sound
That turns my soul toward dusty mound
And pulls the limbs to point the way
Into flightless soarings across this bay

Darkest petals float abound
And all at once, I have found
Those final words you had to say
Enough to lead me here today

"Forever my love will be around"
But now those lips stay underground
So down on fresh packed earth I lay
To join my girl, Oh wind I pray
