At night I lay and try to sleep.
I close my eyes, try not to weep.
I crave your body next to me.
I need you here. Can't you see?
I've lived too long on my own.
Stagnating in a place that I call home.
I spend so much time all alone.
I need someone to call my own.
When I see your face, my heart sings.
I am your mate, and you are my king.
I'm devoted to you, my other half.
You make me smile. You make me laugh.
Every moment we talk, my love grows.
I ignore the distance, but my heart knows.
My bed is still empty, except for me.
I close my eyes; You're in my dreams.
I crave you with every ounce of me.
I'd do anything to have you with me.
You're in my every waking thought.
I'm addicted to you, and the happiness you've brought.
