Dewdrops soothe me
Even when my heat turns them to steam

Gentle flowing droplets
Over dreams rough and ragged terrain

Will night's coolness bring them tomorrow?
When sun's kiss has left our world

Dark upon my window
Stifle breeze, do not blow them away

Let them come to me
Beauty upon the leaves

Drip drip drip my darling
Sweetness quells my thirst

Makes me whole
Awaiting another day
