Now i’m there
I’ve come this far
I look to the heavens
And see my star

It shines so brightly
And looks down at me
Offering so much more
Then i thought i could be.

No lonely nights
And cold half moons
Just the warmth of light
And a path to choose.

The choice now made
To let it go
To be at peace
And just lay low

That star it winks
With a cheeky grin
The smile once trapped
Is free’d from within
