Up against the window
Gasping for breath
No one sees you
Not caring about death
Knocking won't wake you
Futile questions won't matter
No flashing lights stir you
Unaware your door is opened
Your pupils dilated
A vacant stare towards others
Falling out into the street
Unknowingly lifted by others
Disappearing for days
Your car still sits there
Reminding others of you
These words won't forget
Nor will the witness' eyes

Unsettling

Images and feelings of a very callous world. A poem that’s hard to shake off. Good work.

A bit more punctuation might help the reader in better appreciating what appears to be an attempted suicide tale.

panic.

A most distrubing rendering ~ vivid imagery paints the desperation.
