Languid afternoon love-making
After you've walked all over this
Exquisite city since early morning,
Lunched together and well with a
Bottle of wine between you

And then returned to your hotel,
Stripped, washed, hung out the
"Do Not Disturb" sign, closed the
Window and its heavy drapes and
Plunged under the white duvet for

An afternoon nap and you're not
Sure how it starts but somehow
Sleepy caresses, half-conscious
Kisses meant for affection and not
For passion suddenly elicit that

Voiceless deep little moan out of
Her gut that means desire and she
Rolls on top of you, finds you and
Slips you inside of her, still half-awake
And humps herself to a sighing orgasm

Then immediately falls asleep
On top of you with an indecipherable
Mumble of satisfaction and love
Or you find yourself, despite yourself,
Unbelievably erect and you

Rub yourself against her and
She give a sleepy purr and opens
Her legs to you, or reaches down and
Guides you into her with her hand and
You pump very slowly, eyes closed, not
Really sure how serious you are since

You really are almost asleep despite it all
Until she makes some little sound and
Starts pushing back against you to
Seat you deeper inside her and your
Climax comes but you're not sure

You're not dreaming and you both
Fall asleep for real this time and
Wake up around dinner-time
Feeling refreshed and with a great
Affection for each other.
