Do you know?

Do you know how strong you make me feel?
   As though I can conquer all my demons.

Do you know how weak you make me feel?
   My body leaning on yours for support

Do you know the joy you bring to my world?
   My soul busts into song.

Do you know the sorrow you bring to me?
   The fear of how things could go wrong.

Each day I find wonderment
   in what we share, I savor each emotion.

I long for tomorrow and what it will bring
   as we build our future's foundation.
